Southern Africa’s finest food and beverage exhibition promises to bring Cape Town gourmets, gourmands and good-life devotees to their knees this year, with the first ever public appearance of Mr Hell's Kitchen himself, Gordon Ramsay, and a sensational line-up of other international BBC celebrity chefs including Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the star of the Channel 4 series Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory, and Reza Mahammad, the owner of Star of India. Master Pâtissier Eric Lanlard, and Italian supremo Giorgio Locatelli complete the fabulous line-up. These top celebrity chefs will be joined by South Africa’s finest chefs in nine different state-of-the-art kitchen theatres and a number of dedicated areas which will offer visitors everything from big-name book signings and the finest organic produce to hands-on workshops conducted by chefs you’ve only ever seen on TV!
